An absolutely beautiful campground, maybe one of the most scenic ones I've stay at so far. Book early in advance as the place has become so popular in the recent year. Booking can be made online. The views are breathtaking. It's quite and remote with limited cell phone reception. There are picknick tables and fire pits. We will certainly return.
So beautiful, this was one of my favorite camping spots of all time!! I had camping spot 17 and would definitely recommend this site. Designated parking spot, fire pit and table. Bathrooms available. There’s no Wi-Fi or limited (it was spotty for me and I have Verizon.) Camping site 17 had a cute tree branch in the center as well as a great Sandy area for setting up tents and a great view of the rocky terrain. Sunsets and sunrise were absolutely beautiful. Campsites were spaced out appropriately and I had a decent amount of privacy due to bushes and trees. I went by myself and felt very safe, it was the middle of December so make sure the tent is waterproof and to bring lots of layers and toe warmers.
Just gardening don't ya know.
A fantastic experience. If you are willing and able to camp without hookups, this is the place to go. Try off-season in order to get a spot. Otherwise you had better get a reservation before going. Use this as a spot too set up, and then go see the rest of the park, which is expansive.
What an amazing sky!

Absolute favorite campground!!! Best stars you’ll ever see. It’s close to all of the things you want to see and do. You can walk from here to so many of the best arches. Good clean restrooms.
Grandiose and unique location. You can count yourself lucky if you get a spot through the reservation system. Quiet at night. But: On the day of arrival the restrooms were pretty dirty. They were not cleaned once during our 3 day stay which further made the situation worse. There was toilet paper in the bushes around our parking space because some people probably avoid the dirty restrooms. The hosts were barely visible. Unlike other national park campgrounds in Utah, there was no ranger show here in the evenings.
